Dick Polak grew up in Amsterdam where he worked in the Dutch film industry for several years before moving to the UK in 1966. Becoming heavily involved in London’s ‘Happening’ scene during the Swinging Sixties, Dick would go on to document some of the most prominent figures of the time.
